SMC acting with joint agent Stephen James, have let 17 Station Road to the Railway Children as a children’s nursery. The prime located ground floor and basement premises was previously occupied by a travel agents.
SMC acted on behalf of the landlord Etcetera Construction Services Ltd to agree a new 10 year lease. The parade also includes an Italian restaurant, hair salon, children’s charity and mobile / gadget shop. This location in the centre of Upminster is well positioned close to a number of major national names including Costa, Cafe Nero, M&S Foodhall and with good access to Upminster train and tube station which is a 2 minute walkaway.
The letting demonstrates the flexibility of the new planning use class change introduced in September 2020.
