A new 15 year lease has been secured to a restaurant occupier. The property offers just over 5,000 sq ft of space across ground and first floors. The property was previously occupied by a long standing Kitchen & Bedroom company.
The property is located close to the start of London Road in a very busy commercial area with nearby occupiers including Aldi, Budgens, and numerous cafe, restaurant and retail occupiers. The location is very close to Sheffield city centre ring road with a number of significant student blocks located close by.
The property generated strong letting interest and after a period of marketing several competing rental offers were considered by our client.
