Our knowledge of the local property market and our network of contacts means that we can give expert advice. Once the initial advice has been given and our clients are happy to proceed, we enter into negotiations with the other party with the aim of achieving the best possible outcome.
If, for any reason, a negotiated rent settlement cannot be reached, we have the skills and qualifications necessary to represent our clients professionally if referrals to independent third parties become necessary (arbitration or independent expert).
On lease renewals, we work in close conjunction with our clients’ solicitors with regard to service of formal notices, meeting any court imposed deadlines, production of expert court reports, negotiations with the other party’s expert and (in relatively rare instances) we give expert testimony in court.
