This is designed to give factual information on significant aspects of the condition of the property to the prospective purchaser. The Homesurvey provides a market valuation and reinstatement cost whilst identifying any defects considered urgent or of significant importance.
This is much more detailed than a Homesurvey and will usually give a valuation of the property. We will advise on the structural stability of the building, reference to visible defects, together with recommendations for remedial works. A photographic appendix is also attached.
