SMC Chartered Surveyors have negotiated a lease assignment for 421 Ecclesall Road in Sheffield.
The licence to assign was completed following a change of use to A4 (Drinking Establishment) Use. The premises will be home to a new Gin bar and lounge, ‘Society.’ Society will be offering a range of high quality Gins and add another micro bar use to Ecclesall Road. We wish the operators of Society every success with their new business venture.
