Tattoo Studio set to open in Broomhill!
SMC Chartered Surveyors have concluded the letting of 483 Glossop Road in the Broomhill area of Sheffield.
Acting on behalf of a local investor client a new lease has been completed for the former gift shop. The premises had been vacant for approximately six months.
The premises will be the new location for Fates and Fury tattoo studio. Fates and Fury are a new tattoo studio run by Pippa Kovacs, Lily J Green, and Lyndsey Arnold. The curved corner location is an ideal spot to attract custom from the surrounding Broomhill area.
The letting at 483 Glossop Road follows on from the letting of 485 Glossop Road (Barbers) in February last year. A deal to let the former Lloyds bank, 487-491 Glossop Road to a dental care tenant is also in the pipeline and should complete later this month.
