Intake Methodist Church Sold for Office Use!
Intake Methodist Church has been sold via a private treaty sale.
SMC Chartered Surveyors acted on behalf of the vendor, Sheffield Methodist Circuit. The building became available in late summer 2019 following the closure of the church.
The 2,703 sq ft church building has been sold to a local businessman and will be the new offices for Bright Creative Ltd. The building had initially attracted interest from local religious groups, but in the end a private buyer came forward to purchase the property for commercial office use.
The buyer has now obtained a change of use for office use and is undertaking office fit out works.
