Ironbridge Industrial Estate now Fully Let!
SMC have let Unit 5 at Ironbridge Industrial Estate to Express Worktops Ltd.
SMC acted jointly with Bradford based commercial property agents, Starkeys on behalf of a landlord client. A new 6 year lease was agreed to Express Worktops Ltd. The new tenant provides a wide selection of kitchen worktop surfaces relocating from a base in Swallownest.
The letting ensures a minimal void in occupancy between the outgoing tenant vacating in late June and the new tenant commencing a new lease from July. Following the easing of lockdown allowing viewings, several strong offers were received from local businesses for Unit 5.
Ironbridge Industrial Estate is now fully let following this letting and the letting of Unit 1 to Coco Sunbeds Ltd in February.
