SMC acting jointly with Stephen James Lettings have agreed a new shop lease to individuals trading as ‘Funbella: Afro-Caribbean Store.’
SMC acted on behalf of a local commercial landlord to negotiate this shop letting. The ground floor shop is located very close to Rainham mainline station in the heart of Rainham in the London Borough of Havering.
The property is located within a parade of various retailers including beauty, hair , hot food and professional services as well directly opposite a large Tesco superstore.
