A ground floor shop premises on Crookes has been let to a local barbershop operator!
17 Crookes in Sheffield provided suitable accommodation for A1/A2 retail uses. The shop had undergone refurbishment works prior to the letting in order to address a water leak. The new tenant will now carry out fitting out works and will shortly be open for business.
17 Crookes is the second shop letting SMC have concluded on this retail parade in the last six months. SMC also let 23 Crookes to to Curvaceous Bridal in September 2018.
