SMC Chartered Surveyors have sold 323-325 Abbeydale Road in Sheffield.

Acting on behalf of long standing clients, Champion Hire, the substantial property has been sold for a figure just under the asking price of £335,000. The freehold property was sold to the owners of Mensa Printers, who will be relocating from 111 Arundel Lane in Sheffield city centre.

The 4,411 sq ft building on a site area of 0.26 acre provided a unique opportunity to acquire a commercial property in an increasingly popular area of Sheffield. SMC had originally marketed the property for sale as a fully let investment opportunity, until Bang Tidy vacated from the ground floor demise. The property received strong interest from investors, developers and owner occupiers.
