SMC Chartered Surveyors have secured another retail letting on Abbeydale Road. Age UK Sheffield have taken a new shop lease of 747 Abbeydale Roa in south west Sheffield.

SMC acted on behalf of a local property investor who recently purchased the property. The ground floor shop offered a largely open plan sales area which was previously utilised as a fabric shop.

The premises will be the second shop for Age UK Sheffield who opened at 308 Twentywell Lane, Bradway in September 2019. Age UK Sheffield are a local charity dedicated to over-50s in Sheffield. Whether you need information and advice, a benefits check, help at home, dementia support or insurance, products and services, Age UK Sheffield can help. Age UK Sheffield is an independent local charity which provides information, advice, services and support to people aged 50 and over in the city. The vision is for a city in which no older person lives in poverty or loneliness.
