SMC Chartered Surveyors are delighted to announce the conclusion of a letting involving Barnado’s upsizing at Celtic Retail Park in the Gateford area of Worksop.

Barnado’s will now occupy Unit A at Celtic Retail Park, which provides just over 4,000 sq ft of retail warehouse space.  This deal provides the national children’s charity with nearly four times as much floor space as the organisation had within their previous retail unit on site, Unit E. The move will enable Barnado’s to provide a much broader retail offering for prospective shoppers within the Worksop catchment area.

Celtic Retail Park comprises a neighbourhood scheme with adjacent Greene King Pub and children’s day nursery. Other tenants include Betfred, Asda, Domino’s, and Fulton’s.
