Broomhill Dental Practice take on former Bank Premises!
SMC Chartered Surveyors have re-let a former Lloyds bank to Broomhill Dental Practice.
SMC acting on behalf of the landlord, negotiated a new 10 year lease. The deal secures a new use and occupier for the former bank premises which had been vacant following Lloyds closing the branch in 2019.
Tapton House Ltd will run this new dental clinic and trade as ‘Broomhill Dental Practice.’ Taptonville House Ltd. Taptonville House Ltd also operate Tapton House Dental (also in Broomhill), and The Flying Scotsman Centre in Doncaster town centre.
The letting of 487-491 Glossop Road follows a two other recent lettings on the parade for the same landlord; 483 Glossop Road let to a tattoo operator in January 2020 and 485 Glossop Road let to barbers in January 2019.
