Duo of Workshop Lettings in Neepsend!
SMC Chartered Surveyors have completed a duo of industrial workshop lettings in the Neepsend area of Sheffield.
Acting on behalf of a landlord client SMC negotiated deals to let the former works building at 55 Parkwood Road. The whole site had previously been occupied by Longden Doors. Following the administration of Longden Doors in February 2019, the owner of the site sought to re-let sections of the 28,190 sq ft of accommodation and 2.262 acre site.
One 2,911 sq ft workshop spray booth has been let to Freebird Interiors Ltd, who specialize in fitted furniture suppliers.
Another 2,282 sq ft workshop has been let to Robert Leach who runs a furniture and antiques business.
