SMC are pleased to announce that the sale of 238/238a Abbeydale Road in Sheffield has completed.

The property comprises a restaurant to the ground floor level, and a self-contained 3 bedroom flat to the upper floors. The ground floor restaurant tenant was a local covenant trading as La Mamas.

The property is currently producing £11,000 per annum from the ground floor tenant. The flat although vacant, had been most recently let at £550pcm. Therefore the potential total rental income once fully let is approximately £17,600 per annum.

SMC Chartered Surveyors were marketing the mixed use investment at offers in the region of £200,000. This Abbeydale Road investment generated a good level of competing interest from prospective buyers. The property was sold for an undisclosed amount.

The sale adds to a flurry of investment sales for SMC in Sheffield over the last few weeks. SMC also recently completed the sales of 26, 26a Hickmott Road and 292 Ringinglow Road.
