SMC Chartered Surveyors have concluded the letting of 434-436 Abbeydale Road in the Netheredge area of Sheffield.

Acting on behalf of a local commercial property owner, a new lease was agreed to Two Thirds Beer Co., who will be opening in late 2019. The lease was completed following a change of use to A4 (Drinking Establishment) Use. The property received several offers from prospective bar operators following Steel City Cakes vacating at the end of 2018.

Two Thirds Craft Beer Bar concept focusses on serving high-quality craft beers in smaller than usual two-thirds measures. The letting will add another bar use to Abbeydale Road, which is already home to The Broadfield, Picture House Social, Barrowboy, and Dead Donkey.

The bar will boast a range of over 15 different rotating keg and cask offerings from local breweries and beyond, a serve yourself craft beer fridge, placing a focus on high quality service. Two Thirds Beer Co. hope to be the answer to a market that whilst rapidly growing, is still in its developmental stages in this part of Sheffield, and as passionate craft beer enthusiasts, are excited to share their love and expertise allowing customers the opportunity to discover a wide array of wonderful new drinks from across the continent and beyond.
