Orvis Relocate to new Retail Store in Bakewell!
SMC Chartered Surveyors have let 7 King Street, Bakewell to Orvis.
SMC acting for a local landlord client have secured a Bakewell relocation letting to Orvis.
7 King Street provided good quality retail accommodation across ground, first and attic levels, located in the heart of the Peak District. The property had been vacant since the previous occupier, Bluebell Wood vacated. Despite the coronavirus pandemic Bakewell has remained a popular location for locals and domestic tourists.
Orvis, the American family-owned retail business specialising in fly fishing, hunting and outdoor clothing, are relocating from just across the road, in the old town hall.
The new Orvis Bakewell store will be opening on Thursday 3rd December 2020.
