We are recommencing viewings of some of the properties we are marketing, where it is safe to do so. There are some important points we wish to draw to your attention.

• Until further notice, we will not be holding any meetings at our offices.

• For the time being, we will only conduct viewings around vacant properties.

• Only one person at a time will be permitted to view.

• We will ask whether any party is showing symptoms or has been asked to self-isolate before going ahead with any viewing.

• We will operate using an appointment system for conducting viewings and viewings will have to be set up at least one day in advance.

• We will ask each interested party questions to gauge the strength of interest and to avoid unnecessary viewings.

• We strongly encourage interested parties to read the brochure, view Google Maps, Streetview or view properties virtually in the first instance and then only request to physically inspect properties which they have a genuine strong interest in.

• We will not carry out any open viewings where more than one party would be viewing at the same time. If we set up block viewings, we will limit each person to 15 minutes and will operate a strict timetable. If a party misses their slot it may not be possible to view.

• All parties viewing a property should bring their own hand sanitiser. They should wash their hands with soap and water (or hand sanitiser if not available) immediately after entering the property, with internal doors opened and surfaces having been wiped down before they enter. Paper towels should be used if possible and disposed of safely after use.

• We will maintain a 2 metre distance at all times and ask all parties to respect social distancing.

• We will make sure that both interested parties and sellers clearly understand how the viewing should be conducted safely.

• We will not drive anyone to appointments.

• When a letting or sale is completed, we will ensure that any keys are appropriately cleaned before handover.
