Times are tough for us all and trying to maintain levels of service for clients with safe working practices blended with working from home and carrying out COVID secure site visits for inspections and surveys, is a tall order.

We are thrilled to have received the following feedback about a recent building survey job:

“I just wanted to pass on some feedback.

I had David Battell at my property this morning inspecting our attic space which is currently soaking wet.

We have had three different roofers provide a quote however received no explanation as to the root cause. Only one of them actually looked in the loft space. Therefore the reasoning was purely guess work.

This obviously had us really concerned about the severity of the issue.

David was here for half an hour did a really thorough inspection and provided us with some fantastic advice.

I would really just like to thank David for his time. He was absolutely brilliant and has really reassured us that the problem can be resolved.

I can’t say enough positive things about the service that he has offered to us and would most certainly recommend SMC to anyone purely on the interaction with him alone.
