On 20 December 2019, SMC is 20 years old.
Mike Hull founded SMC in 1999. Saxton Mee Commercial Ltd was originally a joint venture with Saxton Mee and for several years we were part of the Saxton Mee group. In 2008 we became fully independent after buying out Saxton Mee’s stake.
From very small beginnings, the company has grown into a respected and reliable firm of Chartered Surveyors. We have developed the services we offer which are comprehensive and wide ranging. This means we are a ‘one-stop shop’ for many services, which our many long-standing clients appreciate.
We have a team that is one of the most experienced in the region. As well as our full time Chartered Surveyors, we have consultants with over 150 years of combined experience.
We aim to provide a high quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner, whilst being friendly, approachable and professional. This has been our ethos over the past two decades and will continue into the future.
So, permit us the opportunity to blow our own trumpet and to celebrate our birthday!
